Shipping Policy

1. Processing time
We usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. All orders will start processing after payment confirmation.
Please note that there is no shipment processing on weekends and holidays and orders will continue to be processed on the next business day.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. You do not need to pay extra shipping fee, and the order will be shipped according to the delivery address you choose.
3. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within the United States only, and do not support international delivery at this time. The specific delivery area may be limited, the specific delivery address can be selected at the time of checkout shall prevail.
4. Transportation
We work with major logistics companies such as UPS, FedEx and USPS to ensure that your items are delivered as quickly as possible.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and you can check the status of your order at any time via the logistics company’s official website.
If there is any problem in the delivery process, our customer service team will help you to solve it.
6. Shipping and Taxes
The shipping cost of all items is included in the order total, you do not need to pay extra shipping cost.
Taxes will be calculated automatically at checkout and will be charged according to your state’s tax laws.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely shipments, there are times when delivery delays may occur due to weather, holiday rush, supply chain issues, and other factors. We will do our best to notify you via email of any delays in your order.
8. Change of Address
Please confirm the accuracy of the delivery address when placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team to make an address change. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
9. Undelivered/lost packages
We provide tracking services for shipments after they have been shipped. If a package is lost in transit or not delivered on time, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with the problem.
