  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

  • Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return a Product

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item on our Site. This ensures faster processing and availability.
